Imani is a pharmacy student at the Ben and Maytee Fisch College of Pharmacy (FCOP). Originally from Democratic Republic of Congo, Imani is honored to have earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Texas Southern University.

Growing up, he was always fascinated by the pharmacological and physiological aspects of drugs. With this curiosity and the need to help his community, he began pursuing his goal at FCOP. He looks forward to earning his Pharm.D. degree and is excited to start his career as a pharmacist. Upon graduation, Imani plans on continuing with postgraduate community pharmacy residency program.

Among a few other pharmacy students working in the Glavy Lab, Imani engages in drug pharmacology and its impact on proliferating cells.
